Show Notes:
- Scotty Riggs was in attendance but unable to compete due
to having to undergo major surgery on his shoulder. Riggs
is expected to return when he gets his medical release.
- Also unable to work this show due to an injury was Dave
Holiday who is suffering from a torn meniscus
- Attendance was a little over 100 and was down from the previous
shows.
- AWA World-1 South returns to the Alee Temple in Savannah
on June 15th which is a Friday Night show. Debuting will be
The Honky Tonk Man as well as the Christopher Street Connection.
Returning to the promotion will be "The Marquee"
Bruce Santee and Joey Machete.
- AWA World-1 South debuts in Dublin, GA on June 2nd at Dublin
Ag Center with a 7:30 belltime with Tommy Rich wrestling Big
Bank Barfield in the main event.
- Former Deep South Wrestling star and WWE Developmental talent
Micah Taylor really impressed the office and will be used
whenever he is available.

Vordell Walker defeated "Next Level" Jon Davis w/
Jesse "Fusion" Fedra. After the match Bruce Steele
hit the ring to make what appeared to be the save for Vordell
Walker who was taking a 2 on 1 beat down at the hands of Davis
and Fedra but instead turned on Walker aligning himself with
Davis and Fedra.
2) AWA Southern Heavyweight Champion Francisco Ciatso (managed
by "Hardcore Giant" Ron Niemi and Amy Vitale) successfully
retained his title beating Dagon Briggs with the K5 after
interference by both Niemi and Vitale.
3) AWA World-1 Light Heavyweight Champion Chasyn "Not
Cocky" Rance w/ Mister Saint Laurent beat Johnny Vandal
after hitting him with the Chasyn Driver.
4) "The Marquee" Bruce Santee pinned Dave Holiday
5) In a 3 way dance Jack Manley beat the debuting Daron Smythe
and The Bug "Modern Miracle" Steve Madison pinned

- AWA World-1 South is in Cordele, GA on Sunday at Crisp County
Middle School
with a 4 pm belltime.
- AWA World-1 South returns to the Alee Temple in Savannah
on May 19th with
Scotty Riggs, Vordell Walker, The Heartbreak Express, Francisco
Ciatso, Jon
Davis and More.
- Honky Tonk Man is scheduled to debut in Savannah on June
15th
